About me
I took a long and winding road to become an educator, but have since thrown myself in head-first at the deep end. Despite building my skills and practice, I never feel that what I'm doing in the classroom is most effective, which drives me to continually seek improvement.
I feel incredibly fulfilled in my career as an educator when my students are making demonstrable improvements socially, emotionally, and academically. In this regard, the 2024-2025 academic year feels like it is off to a good start.
