An opportunity to explore and reflect on your individual character strengths, as well as recognize the collective strengths within the group. This is purely a strengths-based activity aimed at fostering a more positive and flourishing educational environment for everyone.

To kick start our session, I invite you to complete the character strengths survey available at https://www.viacharacter.org/account/register. This survey will help you gain insights into your unique strengths and set the stage for meaningful discussions during our PD Day
Outcomes:

This workshop offers a range of improvisation opportunities where participants inquire into what is improvisation, the purpose of improvisation and how to design a improvisation experience. At the end the participants will reflect on the connection between the impact of improvisation and collaboration and creativity.

Outcomes:
At the end of the session, participants will understand how improvisation fosters a safe learning environment where the learners attentively support one another, collaborate towards common goals, and harness the synergistic power of creativity.

DSLs and Child Safeguarding Team members will be able to meet, share ideas, and collaborate to discuss our roles in child safeguarding and current challenges we are facing.

Outcomes:
Share child safeguarding resources, network with people in similar roles, discuss potential scenarios and or issues that are relevant to child safeguarding.
