In this session, attendees will observe a discussion focused on providing student perspectives of the conference theme, "Small Steps, Big Impact." The conversation will involve questions such as, "What are the biggest challenges facing this generation's students?", "What are the 'small steps' that you think are most needed in schools today?", and "What is one small action from a teacher that has had a big impact on you as a student?" Attendees will first observe the students' discussion and then have an opportunity to discuss their reactions to what the students have shared.
Outcomes: Session participants will gain an understanding of student perspectives on the conference theme, reflect on key takeaways, and be able to apply this knowledge to their own context in education.
