Provide a forum for members to share and collaboratively address issues that are unique to KORCOS schools. Discuss existing and potential future solutions. Reconnect and refresh the admissions directors' network in Korea.

This workshop is designed to help publication teachers to organize their publication (yearbook, magazine, school newspaper, etc.) within one efficient Google Sheet. Participants will see an example of a comprehensive yearbook ladder that assigns roles, tracks progress, and schedule deadlines, ensuring a smooth course experience. We will cover how to maintain student accountability and maintain high-quality standards. Attendees will be able to begin applying strategies provided in this session to their own systems or even begin creating a new system from scratch.

Outcomes:
Understand the structure and purpose of the yearbook ladder.
Develop a customized ladder to plan and manage yearbook production.
Implement strategies to enhance student accountability, time management, and leadership.
Use the ladder to coordinate deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
