Admissions assessments, gaming of the system, data management, etc. Join the open forum to share your successes and challenges in a safe space. The session will also give us admissions and marketing personnel an opportunity to connect.
Outcomes: Provide a forum for members to share and collaboratively address issues that are unique to KORCOS schools. Discuss existing and potential future solutions. Reconnect and refresh the admissions directors' network in Korea.
The workshop would consist of small and large group discussions surrounding some of the difficulties of being a mathematics teacher in Korea, and how to overcome these difficulties.
Outcomes: Address and discuss difficulties of being a mathematics teacher in Korea. Teachers should all come away from the session with new ideas and strategies to use in their classrooms.
This workshop is designed to help publication teachers to organize their publication (yearbook, magazine, school newspaper, etc.) within one efficient Google Sheet. Participants will see an example of a comprehensive yearbook ladder that assigns roles, tracks progress, and schedule deadlines, ensuring a smooth course experience. We will cover how to maintain student accountability and maintain high-quality standards. Attendees will be able to begin applying strategies provided in this session to their own systems or even begin creating a new system from scratch.
Outcomes: Understand the structure and purpose of the yearbook ladder. Develop a customized ladder to plan and manage yearbook production. Implement strategies to enhance student accountability, time management, and leadership. Use the ladder to coordinate deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
As Generative AI tools continue to integrate within our online learning experiences and processes, educators may be starting to feel lost in deciphering what constitutes a learner's organic efforts from Generated AI outputs. This structured job-alike workshop allows for open discussion of individual scenarios in which educators have struggled and/or found success in navigating this potential paradigm shift in HOW we expect learners to learn.
Outcomes: Participants will gain insight through a variety of shared experiences from teachers and administrators on the complex dance between traditional organic learning processes, using Generative AI as a tool to enhance learning, and an evolving gray zone of what constitutes authenticity.

DSLs and Child Safeguarding Team members will be able to meet, share ideas, and collaborate to discuss our roles in child safeguarding and current challenges we are facing.
Outcomes: Share child safeguarding resources, network with people in similar roles, discuss potential scenarios and or issues that are relevant to child safeguarding.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to share all the excellent work that is going on in our schools to support student learning. We will be revolving our discussion around the 3 following questions:
